Project Manager

In joining TrueNorthCO as A PM you will be working with Teams on the ground on multiple job sites.  Communication and organization are key attributes to the success of our teams and successful delivery for our clients.  Welcome to the TEAM

Qualifications:

• - 2-3 years experience in construction, managing exterior residential or commercial projects.
• - Experience developing project scope and deliverables for end of job acceptance
• - Track timeline and execution of job deliveries and provide reports (Daily, Weekly)
• - Experience in client and employee conflict resolution 

Senior Roof Installer / Foremen 

In joining TrueNorthCo's construction teams, you will be given the opportunity to lead.  We provide our workers with the best tools, certification and training to get the job done right.  

Qualifications:

• Experience managing roofing team and providing direction on a daily basis to stay within timeline of project 
• Understanding ,training and experience implementing standardized safety measures on all job sites.
• Experience coaching and training of onsite team members to make sure quality of work is keep at the same level for all tasks.

Repair Technician - General Exterior 

In joining TrueNorthCo's repair team you will be the exterior jack-of-all trades.  You have experience with eavestrough, roofing, siding, soffit and fascia.  

Repair Qualifications:

- Roofs from weather damage

- Aged vent replacement

- Replacement of exterior caulking

- Replacement and matching of damaged siding

- Replacement of damaged soffit and fascia 

- Troubleshooting water infiltration
